Here you learn to open for the healing force of deep breathing. You work with breath awareness, connecting to the flow of the breath wave, opening the five centres of healthy breathing, Trance Energetic Breathing, Body Mind Therapy and Dynamic Stress Release.
You explore your breath matrix and learn about the four dimensions of breathing. You study the flow of bio-energy and work with grounding techniques, body- reading, regression, therapeutic touch and active meditation.
You learn to facilitate breath therapy for the healing of birth related stress, trauma and anxiety. You learn to expand your breathing into the belly and further on into the pelvis to open for your sexual energy flow.
