One of the easiest ways to get back in balance and feel good about oneself is the awareness of ones own breath.

In everyday life we are confronted with many demands and expectations within the family as well as at work and all the constant changes of modern life. There is an ongoing input of information and no time to relax and digest.

Modern men and women have to confront and assimilate in one day the same amount of information people a few 100 years ago had to take in within 6 weeks.

So it is no surprise that many people are stressed, disturbed and out of balance with their wellbeing - they are simply out of contact with themselves and their real needs and do not know how to find back to the inner balance in an easy and natural way.

All the focus is outgoing..........

One of the easiest ways to get back in balance and feel good about oneself is the awareness of ones own breath.

Because in stressful situations, in order to cope and to manage we unconsciously hold our breathing - and reducing the flow of life energy (oxygen) in our system which has a tremendous effect on our life quality and sense of wellbeing.

Unfortunately this attitude of holding and coping creates a lot of tension in the body and in the mind. The long term effect of this tension in the body brings all kinds of emotional symptoms like a constant sense of frustration, no creative motivation anymore - to the extreme of feeling depressed and hopeless. Or it already manifests as physic-somatic symptoms, as there are headache (Migraine), stomagache, restlessness a.s.o.

This tendency can lead to even more serious sicknesses - if one does not break the pattern and begins to create space for oneself, learns to loosen up and to let go in an easy relaxed way again.

The moment the awareness is turned to the breathing, the focus changes back to oneself in a sensitive way which can brings an almost immediate experience of vitality and lightness in ones whole being.

In this group we will understand the individuell effect stress has on us at the same time finding ways to step out these stress pattern. Giving the body a chance to release accumolated tension to reach a natural level of relaxation and self-regulation in the body again.

First thing is to remember the breath. From there one can do many small excersises during the whole day - no matter what activity is going on - which have an imidiate and deep affect for ones wellbeing.

Dynamic stress release, breathing exercises, trance energetic breathing sessions and reframing stressfull believe systems will be part of the process.
