  Since childhood we have received from all those around us, parents teachers, prist, family, ideas of who we are and how we should be, creating in us a false image of ourselves and learning to judge us for who we are.
 

In this intensive weend workshop, we will use meditation techniques, trance-energetic breathing, body movement and explore the space within us, bringing clarity and understanding to all these voices that judges us and look back at us with new eyes, with the simplicity and innocence of the child and from the space of the heart.
