Breathing deeply into your belly increases relaxation, decreases tension and stress.
Since ancient times, it is known that energy moves as a flow constant carried by the waves of breathing, the flow goes from the sacrum to the crown and crown sacrum. When this flow is freed from blockages created by past situations we can reach our full potential, we can experience the pleasure living in our body with each respiratory wave.
