Shanti

- from Mexico has studied communication sciences at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and worked for 20 years in public relations and fashion business. In the end of the 80's she discovered the path of meditation, which then became the centre of her life. She learned and practiced Zen meditation intensely for seven years before she discovered the „Osho Way“ of active meditation.

She is educated in the work of Gurdjieff, the Fourth Way, Jungian Dream analysis, Caribbean Dance, Reiki, Psychic Massage and Osho therapy with specialisation in Shamanic energywork and Osho Diamond Breath. Since 1997 she works as an Osho therapist fascilitating groups and individual work.

She is a co-leader of the Osho Diamond Breath Trainings team and recently has published her mediation CD „Love and Harmony“.
